Lobster Man - Short Film
Lobster Man is a surreal animated short film divided into chapters that tells the adventures of a lobster man who encounters various marine creatures. Each creature has the ability to create a peculiar sound. A talent manager discovers the protagonists and forms The Cacciucco Orchestra, eventually bringing them to perform at their first gig, marking the beginning of a long career. The “cacciucco” is a typical Italian dish, a fish stew originally created using fish and shellfish scraps. It's a mixture that forms a delicious dish, creating something that is greater than the sum of its parts.
The short has been selected for international film festivals such as Giffoni Shock, Cartoons Underground, Caribe Atomico, La Guarimba.
