GUAZZABUGLIO Short Film

PANIC is the first chapter of GUAZZABUGLIO, animated short film co-directed by CIANG (aka Matteo Dang and Francesca Colombara), BBraio, Júlia Ventura Bruguera, Rullampo. The collective short film is made up of five chapters, each using a different style and technique, all revolving around the theme of quarantine. It reflects on the COVID-19 pandemic through multiple perspectives: the panic spread by social media, the impact of fake news, sexual desire, social isolation, and the ways our minds seek escape.
The chapter "PANIC" was inspired by "Panic! Pandemic Diary from Italy", graphic novel by Francesca Colombara.
